Lorna holds a BA(Hons) in Fine Art with photography from John Moores University, Liverpool (2007). Her paintings engage intense colour with dynamic mark making, along with texture and depth to create vivid, vital work.
''I have recently enjoyed taking inspiration from Liverpool and the surrounding areas, commercial images, world travel and pop culture. My work is bright, distinctive and animated. I currently live and work in the Manchester area whilst keeping my passion for Merseyside's art scene with my current series of Liverpool's famous ''Lambanana'' sculptures.
