Party time, Mooch Style
Thursday night, the mooch gallery was host to Clint Boon unveiling his portrait painted by Adam Hayley.
Clint unveiled the painting at 8:35 and more that a few people gasped. Its huge and at 91cms x 152cms it totally dominates the space. The night was to celebrate Adam’s achievement and show people what he can do with a paintbrush. The gallery was busier than it has ever been and there should be some great stories coming out in the papers very soon.
Mrs. Boon’s cakes received many compliments and the lights were dimmed while Clint cranked up the music, playing some classic Mancunian tunes
The portrait is a story of him and his personality. If you want to see it click on the artists page, Adam Hayley. I have put the background information on there because each part forms an integral part of Clints makeup. If you want to see it in the canvas be quick because It’s only up until 6pm on Saturday the 28th because Adam needs to send it to the BP national portrait awards. If he wins it’s a prize of £25,000 so we all wish him luck.
At only 24 Adam already has formidable talent which many artists twice his age would be envious of. Mooch art will be backing him in his future career which is really starting to take off. If you would like a commission just get in touch with the gallery, he will need a couple of meetings and a photo session which is an enjoyable part of the process. E-mail info@mooch-art.co.uk
