Terms & Conditions
- 1.1 "Buyer" means the individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller;
- 1.2 "Consumer" shall have the meaning ascribed in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977;
- 1.3 "Contract" means the contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions;
- 1.4 "Goods"" means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;
- 1.5 "Seller" means Mooch Art Limited (Registered 6349522) the Triangle, Manchester, M4 3TR
UK delivery is charged at £20 per item, which includes packaging and insurance. All orders will normally be dispatched to the buyer within 3 working days from the gallery receiving the order.
International postage will be priced and invoiced on a case by case basis. Goods will only be dispatched once payment for the goods and the delivery is received.
Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days. Mooch art will notify the customer of any delays.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by email or letter within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
The seller offers a 14 day period from the buyer receiving the goods where the seller can return the goods to receive a refund of the value of the goods as long as the goods are received by the gallery within 14 days and undamaged.
If the goods are not damaged they must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods except for delivery charges and return postal charges.
If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Price and Payment
The prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and excludes delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
Secure online payment - You can pay with credit and debit cards through paypal and you don't need a paypal account.
Over the Phone - Please call the gallery on 0161 8192199 stating the artist and the piece of work you wish to purchase.
In person - We take all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.
We have made every attempt to make sure the details on this website are accurate. We measure the artwork as accurately as possible but there may be variations in the stated dimensions of the artwork.
Please be aware that the artwork may differ in colour to the images on the website. This may be due to variation in monitor or other photographic processing. The seller is not liable for any costs incurred through inaccuracies of the website.
Certificate of Authenticity
All original works of art are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by both the gallery and the artist. We endeavour to post these out to the customer as soon as possible but delays can occur where the artist is unavailable.
